رئیس گروه طرح احیاء و تعادل شرکت آب منطقه ای یزد گفت:در راستای اقدامات حفاظتی این شرکت در سال 1401 با انجام تقلیل منصوبات و اجرای طرح تحویل حجمی از طریق کنتور،از برداشت غیرمجاز حدود7میلیون مترمکعب از آب های زیرزمینی جلوگیری شده است.
مدیرعامل شرکت آب منطقه ای یزد در آخرین جلسه شورای حفاظت از منابع آب و سازگاری با کم آبی استان در سال 1401 با ارائه گزارشی از وضعیت بارندگی و سند سازگاری با کم آبی، بر تشکیل بازار آب و نصب کنتور چاههای دولتی تاکید کرد.

معاون حفاظت و بهره برداری شرکت آب منطقه ای یزد گفت: در دنیا حداکثر40درصد، در کشور ایران ۸۵درصد و در استان یزد ۱۳۰ درصد از آب های تجدیدپذیر برداشت می شود.
مدیر رودخانه ها و سواحل شرکت آب منطقه ای یزد گفت: به منظور پیشگیری از خسارت های ناشی از سیلاب های احتمالی از ابتدای بهمن ماه سال جاری 4.6 کیلومتردیگر از رودخانه ها و مسیل های استان یزد لایروبی و پاکسازی شده است.
شاید کمتر کسی هست که بداند روز ۱۳ اسفند ماه هر سال به نام روز ملی آب نامگذاری شده است؛ شعار این روز هم "ریاضت آبی، مشارکت همگانی، شتاب در تغییر" نامگذاری شده است.

معاون برنامه ریزی شرکت آب منطقه ای یزد گفت:امروزه با تقاضای روزافزون برای آب در کنار منابع محدود سفرههای آب زیرزمینی، یکی از راهکارهای دولتها برای مدیریت تامین آب بهویژه برای متقاضیانی که به دلیل عدم وجود باقیمانده تخصیص، امکان تامین آب ندارند، استفاده از پتانسیل بازارهای محلی آب است.
